Yes. All data is encrypted. Documents uploaded by clients (like Passports) are stored securely on our servers and are only accessible by you via your secure dashboard login.

Yes. We use the official HMRC and Revenue Wales thresholds for 2025/26. Our system automatically applies logic for First Time Buyers, Additional Properties (3% Surcharge), and Non-UK Residents (2% Surcharge).

Yes. You are not locked into a long-term contract. If you choose a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
